Good size room with kettle. Very convenient and easy to park the hire car, and close to ski slopes

Very helpful and friendly receptionists. Showing us the attractions and even helping us to get a discounted ticket into the Zao Onsen Dairotenburo. Room was spacious. The hotel Onsen was good too.

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel. Location was convenient, very near to the bus station (maybe 5mins walk) and gondola to the top. With the help from the information counter at bus station, we were pick up and dropped by the hotel transport which was great during winter. Room we stay was tradition Japanese style (floor beds). Toilet was very small though. Quite old hotel but well maintained. Dinner was great 👍🏻

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. The onsen wood panel is broken and smelled of algae and dampness rather than giving a sense of zen feel of going to onsen. There are 3 onsen but each one is small. Room is rather big as indicated for the maisonette and dinner was better than expected. I don’t understand why C Trip rating for it was 4.6 when I booked it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, just outside the central cable car and a convenience store.  But when we entered the room, we found dust everywhere on the table. We asked the hotel staff to clean it again😅

The scenery outside the room window is not as open and beautiful as described online. If you book a meal with dinner, you must have this pot. It is much better than the barbecue. Bring a pack of hot pot base. It is delicious.

Very close to the Central Cable Car Station and Lawson, only a five-minute walk away Go to the right to reach Zao Sanroku Station, which is not a strenuous walk. There is a ski drying room at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient for skiers. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. It was quiet and easy to sleep at night. Hotel staff are very friendly

The hotel staff is very nice. Although the introduction is in simple Chinese, it makes people feel full of service attitude.

The location is very close to the central cable car! Just across the street, the walk is a bit faster, it only takes less than 5 minutes to walk. After going out, turn left not far away and there is a convenience store. Walk up for about 10 to 15 minutes and you will reach the hot spring street. Moreover, the hotel itself has a drying room, which is really good news for ski enthusiasts and those who bring their own equipment. The room is clean and has all the necessary equipment. There is also a large hot spring bath to soak in (I personally find it very comfortable) But in terms of housekeeping, I personally feel there is some room for improvement. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights The garbage bags in the small toilet trash cans have never been changed or emptied. For two days, the trash can in the room was full. But after the garbage was wrapped in a garbage belt, it was placed directly next to the trash can in the room. And then there was no mending garbage brought to us***DDD We don’t want to throw the garbage directly into the trash can and cause trouble to the hotel. I took the bags from the convenience store to put the garbage in and then wrapped it myself There were 3 of us staying and I was the only one taking a bath in the hot springs. But the housekeeping staff replenishes 3 yukatas every day Wait until we check out There were a total of 10 unworn yukata piled on the table in the room***DD (It feels like it can be set up as a stall)

The location of the ski resort is very good. Just cross the road when you go out and it's just to Gangduo.

The space for bathing is small and the bathing area is extremely cold, making us feel like we are outdoors!
