Apartamentos la Mar

Fabulous, we had a sea view apartment and studio apartment on the same place was so clean and comfortable and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Just sit and watch the sunset. November firework Fiesta was spectacular and we could sit on the balcony and watch the display, fantastic. No Wi-Fi and no English tv…perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. Where do i start. This was ment to be self catering but what a let down. First letdown was on arrival with the lift out of order and was out of order for 11 days of my 14 day holiday. With regards the self catering kitchen the fridge was disgusting rusty shelves, shelves missing on the door so everything sat on the floor of the fridge Only one knife for prep cooking all sauce pans dirty or rusty you could only have 2 appliances on at one time as the electric kept cutting out. in the 2 weeks of the holiday no cleaner came and no cleaning stuff given. Beds and sofa so uncomfortable very lumppy and only 1 pillow per bed. they advertise satalite tv rubbish all you get is 4 spainsh channels and no WIFI. So as you can see this is not self catering but does have a nice view. No information in the apartment with any info on anything like where to put rubish and more disturbing nothing to say what to do in the event of emergency the hot water was well above boiling and very dangerous. The apartment wasn't but in all a regret and waste of money. i give the view a 10 but the self catering apartment a 2 I'm still waiting on the hotel/apartment with regards my issues but so far faild to rspond
