There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights. Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride. I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here.

Booked this hotel for one night as it seemed convenient for an early next day flight— close to airport and price was right. We did not get an ounce of sleep. There were consistent banging noises, door slamming, and screaming all night to the point it was comical. We saw the next morning there is an exterior staircase and 24 hr store right behind. Room was relatively clean though but so many cleaning product fumes. If you want to actually rest, go somewhere else. Shuttle hours are also limited.

Elevator did not work, shower door broken but has free shuttle from hotel to airport and free breakfast so its good for short fast flying stays.

No Hot water, for GBP 70 the room was not worth. Breakfast was terrible, stayed just one night.

Extremely dirty. It's disgusting to find this in a hotel room. The TV didn't work, I made a report and they came to check it but they couldn't get it to work and there was no hot water in the shower. I will not return to this hotel and I will not recommend it.

It's not very clean, the service was not the best. The hotel includes transfer to the airport, however, I suggest confirming on the same day as your flight if it is scheduled, since in my case they told me that they did not have anything, although I did reserve several days in advance. This hotel is very different from what the platform shows. The promised free airport pick-up is not available at all. It is indicated that 50 pesos in cash is required for two rooms in addition to the room fee. In the end, 100 pesos per room was charged at check-in. There is no integrity at all. It is recommended that the platform should not cooperate with such a hotel, which is too deceptive. It costs 800 pesos to take a taxi 4.4 kilometers away from the airport, and it is not a comford chain hotel. The hotel facilities are old and the service is very poor.

Although the facilities are average, the hygiene and reception are okay. A relatively cheap hotel in Cancun that provides simple breakfast and car-hailing services. There is a bus stop at the door that can reach Cancun City, but the language barrier prevents you from taking it. When you go out, turn left and there is a small supermarket about 200 meters away where you can buy some food. Turn right and there is a gas station. There are people setting up stalls and selling food at the gas station.
