Beautiful sea view from the room, and the balcony is super spacious! However, the room layout is quite tight, can’t even fully open a large luggage. Service is excellent, and the amenities are impressive, even providing skincare face masks. Really enjoyed the in room onsen. Perfect for honeymoon couples 👍

很差的一次溫泉酒店體驗！
Reception連一個會英文溝通的職員都沒有！
晚上Check in入到房間就看見一隻特大蟑螂！！職員雖然馬上用殺蟲水，但蟑螂已跑到梳化下，職員只用紙巾包着，但並不清楚是否真的已捉到！我們要求換房間，職員一開始表現並不樂意，聲稱要check房源，但其後也滿足我們的要求。房間內的溫泉及風呂超級糟糕，衛生情況欠佳，很多沙石出現，也經常有水曱甴出現，很可怕。
晚上我們致電reception提供多一對拖鞋及紙巾，reception職員一直用日文與我們溝通，我們嘗試用Google日文翻譯但還未說出要求就掛線？？
我們3人共付費1168 USD住兩晚，這是應有的體驗嗎？
相反酒店內的Sand Spa就很大反差，不論reception及工作人員都懂得英文及中文，溝通非常良好及服務體驗滿分
