We had a flight canceled and therefore we could not go to visit the hotel as planned. We tried to cancel our stay, but the message we got from the hotel (Locke At East Side Gallery) was that they would not refund us. In other words, we did pay for a stay, without being there. The hotel could easily refund us but choose not to. Worst service I ever had. I am proud to say that in my own business, I would never treat a customer like that.
