The staff are friendly and helpful.
Really like the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom.
The location is generally good but it will be better if it is closer to metro station

Regarding location, it depends how you look it at.
There is no nearby underground or tram.
But there is a bus stop nearby which can take you straight to zoologischer garten, where there are so many things to do, either touristing places or shopping.
For us, it is not an issue.
There is no kettle in the hotel, which we wished they had provided because we wanted to make some coffee
We ordered pizza from the bar , which is actually really good.
No complaints regarding cleanliness

Hatten eine Bettwanze mit Beweis Foto, sind direkt ausgeheckt und haben unser Geld leider nicht bekommen. !!
Alt und Kaputt mit Bettwanzen lieber spar ich mir das Geld und Übernachte wo anders!

wir waren mit unserem kleinen Baby da das Zimmer war sehrrrrr kalt und die Heizung ging nicht mussten erst halbe Stunde hin und her.
Leider konnte man unser Zimmer Tür schwer auf und zuschließen,
Insgesamt hat das Hotel unsere Vorstellung nicht getroffen
