This is the most incredible place we have ever stayed! So much mountains beauty, so peaceful & the staff attend to every need. We arrived with champagne while they told us about everything. Was able to organise an amazing gluten & dairy free cheese platter & them seafood platter ready for us for dinner. I can’t recommend The Chalets enough!

We had a wonderful three night stay at Chalets at Blackheath. The accommodation has everything you need and there are interesting architectural details that make it extra special. Mud walls that show shells and stones and also the spectacular sky views in the bathroom. The breakfast is all you could want and the cheese platter we ordered was plentiful. Staff are friendly, efficient and super helpful.

We had 2 nights at the Chalets. Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful attention to design detail with the surrounding Australian bush in perfect harmony with the very spacious and well appointed chalet. Make sure you take a bath looking out into the bush. A delicious breakfast of uniquely Australian flavours. We also had the Moët picnic. An absolute must-do. Set up on a secluded deck surrounded by bushland. Highly recommend taking the e-bikes for a spin into town and out to both Evans Lookout and Govetts leap. The fire pit at night was fun and burned furiously with marshmallows to toast. Staff Steph, Beth and Pedro were very helpful and on call with quick response for all requests. Although we only had 2 nights it was a complete disconnect and recharge and we felt we’d been away for longer.

This place is luxe on a whole new level! Concierge service was warm and personable; chalets are beautifully appointed with impeccable interiors and an alfresco terrace perfect for indulging in champagne and a cheese platter (which we absolutely had to!) whilst enjoying the fresh air, birdsong and lush natural surrounds. We also had fun riding the e-bikes around (complimentary use during our stay). All in, a wonderful experience.

A haven of eco-luxury nestled in the majestic Blue Mountains...Chalets at Blackheath is the perfect escape. Each chalet is stunningly appointed with every detail meticulously thought about throughout the resort from the concierge service to the e-bikes. One night at the Chalets at Blackheath was a recharge of the battery and an indulgent escape from the bright city lights...cannot wait to come back.

We only stayed for a night on a rainy weekend in March. Everything is so beautifully appointed and the privacy and serenity were perfect. The coziness of the chalet with its underfloor heating and real fire were perfect in the terrible weather. We didn’t brave the walks that we wanted to do as the weather was too bad - but that combination of a peaceful stay and beautiful scenery is why we will definitely go back. As avid readers - the library would have been the perfect place for us to wind down and spend some time, if we had stayed a little longer.

This is a very special place. The resort is nothing short of heavenly and every detail has been thoughtfully considered: - glasses of Champagne in the stunning library on arrival; - carefully cultivated native gardens including an edible garden of indigenous plants; - spacious, private chalets with limestone finished walls and every conceivable luxury including fireplaces, wine fridges stocked with quality Champagnes & wines, Riedel glassware, mini-bars featuring local producers, barbeques and the most beautiful bathrooms imaginable, generously stocked with Leif amenities; - e-bikes for exploring the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Blue Mountains, with the breathtaking Evans Lookout on the doorstep; - supremely comfortable beds with Frette linens - and it’s only the prospect of breakfast in the library with wonderful local produce that will encourage you to leave it! It’s a new luxury resort that will rival some of Australia’s favourite luxury lodges - all less than two hours from Sydney - we can't wait to return.

Absolutely stunning in every way! My partner and I recently spent the weekend here and we had the most amazing experience. The chalets are luxurious and extremely comfortable, staff knowledgeable and extremely friendly making you feel right at home. With stunning hikes surrounding the area you are spoilt for choices! Highly recommend!
