The Harborage Inn encapsulated our stay in Boothbay Harbor in a perfect way. From the perfectly crisp sheets and clean rooms, to phenomenal breakfast offerings and the proximity to downtown, it was everything we had hoped for and more. From the plentiful and free parking, to the new and modern hot tub on the water, we were able to enjoy all of the comforts of home in this little Maine Coastal Town oasis!

On Monday, May 19, I booked a room on Wednesday for one night for 2; by Tuesday morning, our plans had to be changed and I called the reservation desk and told them we would not be able to use the room. The reservation desk clerk said, they were fully booked and should be able to resell the room for that night in which case they would give us our money back as we had prepaid the room. When I checked later about the room, it said there were no vacancies for that night so I took a picture and saved it on my iPhone. I have called 3 times and left a message asking them to return my call and have heard crickets. I tied up the room for less than 24 hours and immediately allowed them to repost the room; I am thoroughly disappointed that they said one thing but have not followed through on their words. I would not recommend them based on their integrity.

First of all, hosts were very attentive and helpful from our arrival until we left. Always here to help and answer any questions we had. The Inn itself is very clean, modern with spacious rooms and great views of the inner harbor. We were able to sit on the deck and watch tides go in and out. Plenty of parking and downtown location makes it easy to walk to most shops and restaurants. Overall great place to stay, modern & clean rooms, friendly staff, great location and delicious breakfast. I would stay here again when in the area.

My stay at Harborage Inn was amazing! From the moment I got there, the innkeepers were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The inn itself is gorgeous, combining that classic charm with all the modern comforts you could want. My room was spacious, spotless, and had stunning views of the harbor. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with delicious homemade options. The location couldn't be better—close to the action in Boothbay Harbor but still peaceful and quiet. I loved relaxing on the balcony with those incredible ocean views. Harborage Inn is definitely a gem, and I can't wait to go back. Five stars, highly recommended!

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, large and bright room. We had an amazing views from outside deck and weather worked in our favor in May. Breakfast was the best part, you order in advance and they cook and deliver to your room or deck. Hot and delicious, many options daily. They even have fire pit, hot tub and EV chargers on site. Hands down the best place we stayed at during our coastal Maine trip. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Harborage Inn was great. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, and there isn't much of a view from the room, but the deck seating just outside the room provided a nice view of the harbor. We arrived during low tide, so there was actually no water in the harbor. In fact, there was little water in the harbor during our waking hours, which was disappointing. But, as you walk around town, you can see lovely harbor views. Our stay was quiet, and the service was amazing. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Innkeepers Brook and Mark were very warm and welcoming. They brought a homemade amazing breakfast to our room every morning - such a treat! Had a spectacular view of the harbor. Not all businesses were open since it was still early in the season. But we were still able to find delicious dinners. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

The location can’t be beat but the hotel itself was perfection! We were traveling with our two kids and we had exactly enough space. My kids are still talking about he breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer. Views were lovely and we could walk to everything. Kitchenette was lovely but the living space and deck were exceptional. Our hosts could not have been more amazing

Wonderful rooms with all the amenities and great breakfast delivered to our room. They even had towel warmers. Excellent location and great views of the harbor from the lovely deck. We enjoyed every part of our stay and can't wait to return very soon.
