The Eliot Hotel

Our stay at the Eliot Hotel was excellent in every respect. Beautiful room, super comfortable bed, terrific shower, professional, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way for us with ideas about things to do in Boston. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Eliot! Bonus: Uni Restaurant in the hotel is terrific, too, with a delicious creative menu and a James Beard award-winning chef!

Loved the friendly service. I love the hotel, too, except for the plumbing and a few other things…it’s an old building, but the plumbing is weird, like the shower known is about to fall off in several rooms…and my toilet wasn’t working correctly.

We are longtime fans of the Eliot. They never disappoint and are truly a perfect boutique hotel in the great city of Boston.

Nothing to complain about here. It’s a charming old world feeling luxurious hotel. The staff is very accommodating and professional.

Magreases are old and old fashioned foam. They are súper soft wich makes them quite uncomfortable We were 3 adults at our suite. One sleeping at the sofa bed. We asked for an extra mattress (firm) to put directly on the floor so I can rest and the staff decided no pull out the existing mattress from the sofa bed instead. So for the last night there were no place for the extra guest to sleep. Bad experience overall

Jean is wonderful and extremely helpful; a treasure at the hotel. Ask him anything and he'll get you in the right direction. I stay at this hotel always !!

A very nice hotel for the short stay. The lack of the regular lobby with coffee or a bar was a minus.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in Back Bay just across the Massachusetts Avenue bridge from Cambridge. An old building that’s been well maintained. A great staff, but be prepared to tip for every courtesy.
