Relax and enjoy time away in a modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,200 square feet.The Space:All living spaces are on one level with one step (sidewalk to front porch) access. Maximum occupancy is 6, not including infants. Pets and parties are not permitted.BEDROOMSBedroom 1 has twin sized bunk beds and a queen sized bed with a full bathroom with a walk in shower in the hall. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with a private full bathroom and a tub shower.All beds are fitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows (firm and soft) and extra blankets.BATHROOMSBathrooms have towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.KITCHENFully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, dishes and flatware, as well as a full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and the all important coffee maker and a french press. Pets must be registered with your booking. A pet fee will be added post booking if pets have stayed.2. Please NOTE: the back yard is NOT fenced, so please keep your dog on a leash at all times.3.
