I initially booked only 2 days thinking I might move elsewhere after arriving but I ended up extending by another 7 days because I was happy with it. The staff Adnan bhai, Safir bhai and Umer bhai were very attentive and polite with general services for the room and clothes and the management staff Arsalan bhai and Rizwan bhai were also very helpful and accommodating too when I made enquires about the area or booking a driver and general information"

"This hotel is a bit dated but clean. It has a TV with movie channels, decent WiFi, and a fridge. There's a separate area in the outdoor restaurant for alcoholic drinks, and the food is okay too. There's a pool, but it was really overcrowded 😐. The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle service. I'd happily stay here again."

"I had selected this hotel for my mother and her brother who were traveling to Karachi from Lahore, as claimed by them the hotel was clean, friendly staff and well maintained place, Avari in Lahore has been a family favorite for us and visiting beach luxury hotel shows that they have maintained their brand and their name up to the mark, its old and considered a heritage hotel at the same time but it has been well taken care off over the years as witnessed, food was good and the stay for my family was relaxing as they had travelled a long distance which was tiring for them but they say they had rested very well at the hotel."

"We travelled from Hyderabad with a group of 32 family members and were expecting a fun day together. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Long waits at entry and overcrowded changing rooms meant we lost most of our time. We were also charged full tickets for children who appeared to be below the age limit, but no one was willing to properly address the issue. Later, restaurant supervisor behaved rudely and rushed us through lunch, leaving us with barely 1.5 hours to enjoy the park. To make things worse, the water quality seemed poor, and several family members experienced skin irritation after returning home. For the amount charged, we expected much better customer service, crowd management, and guest care. I hope Dreamworld management takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for families visiting from other cities. Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dreamworld Resort to others"
