Hyatt Vacation Club at the Lodges at Timber Ridge

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available. My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the employees value you, your satisfaction, and your comfort level should you actually need their assistance with something rather than just you as a possible new fish on the hook for their timeshare.

Shower didnt work an had constant issues with our keys not working but other than that it was great

The property is beautiful. The condo was great with everything we needed. The pool was awesome. My kids loved it. The problem was when i checked in and we started to unload our stuff we discovered the room didnt have a bath tub. It had a huge open shower. So i drove down and they gave me a key to another unit in the next building. Once again we start to unload the van and the key doesnt work. Once again i drive down to the check in building. They give me another key in another building. So i load myself and kids and bags back up and drive up to another building only to discover she hadnt wrote the room # down. So now i call and get the roo. Nimber and we finally get settled in. Then on Saturday we leave and spend the day at Fritzs to find out we were locked out and that our key was deactivated by mistake. Once again i drive down to the check in building to get it fixed.

My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary. Our condo was spacious and cozy with two fireplaces, nice walk-in shower, and a comfy bed. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and large patio. The indoor heated pool and waterslide were great as well-especially in January. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and the staff were very polite and offered to make us reservations for dinner. Clean rooms and quiet. Will return again!

The stay was so relaxing. We got a nice top floor with a great view. Loved the balcony and fireplaces. Kids loved it all and it was an amazing stay. We def plan to come back to this hotel when we go back to Branson!

The water park was down which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The reception did say they had an activity center that was offering some things in lieu of the pool but those were offered normally. I asked for a room upgrade since we were there off season and the hotel was far from being fully booked and was turned down. No show tickets or discounts offered. That was a little disappointing. Not sure that I would go back.

We stayed in Jan so there were not many folks around. Newly remodeled so everything is updated. You could see some shoddy work on the remodel that will be a problem for them someday. Overall a pretty nice stay.

The location was beautiful. Our jetted bathtub had orange foamy bubbles when we turned it on. The maintenance guy was amazing and gave it his best effort but couldn't get rid of the orange flakes coming out of the jets. They offered to move us to a smaller room with no jetted tub..no benefit. Next morning, cleaning lady arrived without notice. She came to clean the tub but had no idea the issue. At check in, they team was great, but then the following days no one there could help with our questions. It was all very gimmicky on the shows and stuff with their concierge, but the property was beautiful, and we would probably stay again.
