Although an aged hotel, each room has a decent size and the steam sauna and pool is great!

Very clean hotel, we use it everytime as it is situated in a very quiet place and no noise around. The staff are always helpful 24/7.

Our had booked three rooms for a family get together. The staff were all efficient, helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were looking a little ragged and in need of updating. The hotel was full and busy and tended to be noisy. We had two disturbed nights from noise in the corridors. I thought the hotel could do more to promote courtesy among guests. Such as better signage - you are now entering a quiet zone no noise in corridors. The posters on the walls were not obvious. The pool and spa were closed for repair and we were not informed of this prior to our travel.

I must say I was extremely disappointed not to have received any acknowledgement to my email regarding firstly regarding parking facilities at the hotel, nor regarding a Hilton honours account nor regards us have to cancel my Husbands birthday stay due to ill health. I had booked a non refundable room with breakfast but no courtesy email/call to acknowledge my contacts and certainly no offer to reschedule my booking. My husband is from originally Leicester and this could of been a regular stop over venue for us when visiting family etc. But not to even receive a courtesy email is very poor particularly in the hospitality industry. The only contact I had from trip was to review my stay that never took place What could have been a lovely gift turned into quite a lot of hard work and I would not be using or recommending trip.com or the Hilton hotel in future

Friendly receptionist, nice to be able to have a swim and towels provided. Clean spacious room mattress a bit firm for me but that's perhaps personal choice.

This hotel should not be selected, staff is not friendly

Short but nice stay.

The hotel is very nice, on the edge of Leicester's outer ring, very close to the shopping area. We went south from Scotland to London, passing through Leicester for just one night, which was a very good choice.

Hygiene: not very clean, the bed is wrinkled Service: Service can only be done with speechless and embarrassing Environment: very dilapidated Facilities: too difficult

Single night stay after returning from vacation to find home completely destroyed by water leak. Front of house staff amazing - very understanding and kind. Even tried to extend stay for a few hours whilst alternate accommodations found. Offered a very good breakfast. Parking charges also not active at time of stay. Overall excellent front of house.

The coffee & the bar staff were very very slow & inefficient. There was no water in the room .

Really friendly staff really engaged with us made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. They really went out of their way to help us.

Decent hotel - friendly staff. Not cheap and getting a bit shabby in places, but at least a bit more character than the near my Marriott.
