Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm.
Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. You don’t need to park on the roadside like other hotels. The shuttle bus passes by the door and you can take the bus directly.

Lisa at the front desk was very patient and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options; hopefully, that could be improved. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. The hotel has a great location and offers good value for money, making it highly recommended.

SSHIU YANThere is a hotel at the base camp of Mount Everest. It feels first-class. The view from the room is Mount Everest. You can see the ”Golden Mountain in the Sunlight” from the room. It is incredible. There is a restaurant in the hotel that provides delicious hot pot.

On the bus back from the base camp, we forgot our mobile phone. After thinking about it, we contacted the driver. We patiently let us go. Because the road was not familiar, the hotel owner and the proprietress and the front desk came to help. We were not afraid of trouble. We drove three rounds and took us to the base camp ticket office. I retrieved my phone in time. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic. Parking is safe and the hotel's backyard is clean and flat. The room facilities are a bit old, but in a high-altitude area, the price and service during the National Day are quite satisfactory. I even think the service is better than Lhasa. The room was also very big, and I didn't dare to take a shower because I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I couldn't comment on the bathroom.
