"This is by far the best hotel in the Mount Everest Base Camp scenic area. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They upgraded our room and proactively sent us important information even before we arrived. Their attitude was excellent, and they helped us with our luggage. "Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!"
