The hotel's exterior is stylish and grand, and stepping into the lobby, you're immediately enveloped in a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were all smiles, incredibly welcoming and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was simply yet cozy, with soft, comfortable bedding – it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the facilities were spotless and brand new. A cleaning lady meticulously cleaned the room daily, leaving it spotless. The hotel's dining options were also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western breakfasts to satisfy every palate. The fitness center and swimming pool were fully equipped, perfect for a refreshing workout after a swim – instantly washing away all fatigue. Finally, check-out was equally smooth and quick. The entire stay was incredibly pleasant. I absolutely must recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone; I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Choosing this hotel for our Everest trip was definitely the right decision! The room was clean and tidy, incredibly comfortable, and the price was very reasonable with no hidden charges. The most convenient part was the shuttle bus to Base Camp, which you can catch right outside the hotel – no fuss, which is a lifesaver for anyone dealing with altitude sickness! The owner is super nice; he even invited us to go stargazing with him at night, showing us the best spots and teaching us how to photograph the starry sky. He stayed with us the whole time in the freezing cold – it was so heartwarming! He also shared so many stories about Everest, making us feel like friends. To anyone coming to Everest, I highly recommend this place!"
