"The location is right next to the Everest eco-friendly electric bus drop-off point, making check-in very convenient. Each room has its own key, giving you a strong sense of security. The tents are heated at night. There's a supermarket, restaurant, and public restrooms nearby, so you'll have plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I was traveling alone, and the staff didn't recommend hot pot, but instead recommended the 50 yuan buffet, which was reasonable for the location. After viewing the Golden Mountain in the Rising Sun, the police and camp staff reminded visitors to hurry down the mountain by bus. There was also a ******* performance in the restaurant that evening. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lively."

"A family hotel run by ******* compatriots. Located in the center of Basong Village. We called to confirm at 10:30 pm and placed an order. We arrived at 1:30 am. We knocked on the door and the proprietress was still waiting for us. There were no slippers or towels in the room and no room card was required. It was a two-story ******* house in the shape of a Chinese character U. On the left side of the door was the restaurant. It was a typical ******* style. They also provided porridge and pickled mustard in the morning. At the foot of Mount Everest, except for the high-end B&Bs starting at 500 yuan, the express accommodation conditions were average, but much better than the bunk beds at the base camp…"

When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. "Everest Base Camp was a must-do, but the altitude was high, so I wanted to find a nice hotel. I chose Phuntsok Kangsang, a small town near the scenic area's eco-friendly bus terminal. It made up for my missed stay in Lhasa.
The hotel is a series of buildings, each with two floors. I chose a suite with a bathtub and a view. At check-in, you can drink ginger ale or glucose water to combat altitude sickness. A staff member helped me carry my luggage to my room. Honestly, I was surprised to find such a nice hotel with such comprehensive facilities. I loved the TV and the leather sofa; it was so relaxing to watch TV. The diffused oxygen, humidifier, and floor heating helped us get a good night's rest. Highly recommended."

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent; they can help arrange transportation to Everest Base Camp and drop you off right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities. The room was very warm with underfloor heating, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of medical-grade oxygen, so I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my travel questions. Even in winter, the breakfast wasn't bad; because there were fewer guests, the hotel offered a reservation system, allowing us to choose our own breakfast and avoid wasting food. The hardware has reached, and the software service needs to be improved. For example, the service staff should take the initiative to greet passengers. The hotel has a free parking lot and a public parking lot opposite. We parked in our own parking lot behind the hotel during the insurance period. As a result, we found that the right front wheel was out of gas early the next morning, and we changed tires in high altitude areas in the rain. When I opened it to the repair shop for inspection, there was a big hole on the side of the tire. It should not be scratched during the driving period. It means that the safety of the parking lot is not guaranteed and security services need to be strengthened."

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel's front desk staff were incredibly helpful. When our car had a flat tire, they changed it for us, getting themselves all dirty in the process. Then, they were the ones who cooked our food, and it was absolutely delicious, with flavors perfect for northern tastes. They even carried our luggage for us, saying, ”Our job is to provide excellent service to our guests!” Having such responsible employees is a blessing for any business owner!

We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

GGuest UserThe boss is from Chongqing and very enthusiastic. It was late when we arrived at the store and it was still raining. The boss helped us carry the boxes and upgraded the room. In the evening, we went to the restaurant on the fifth floor to eat because there were many people. We ordered a good meal and the boss asked us to wait in the room. When we were done, we could deliver the meal or inform us to come down to eat. Very, very intimate.
Below are some of the things that make this hotel feel very comfortable:
First: The boss is very angry. We didn't enter the room before the room was humidified. The oxygen production was turned on; the water was equipped with four bottles + two bottles of Coke (you know that in the small town of Everest, these are very expensive, the boss is so real)
Second: the room has floor heating + direct drinking water
Third: the room is very clean, the toilet and sheets are cleaned with pulp
Fourth: the dishes are Sichuan cuisine, and the amount given in the place where the items are scarce is full of loads.
A great one-night stay in Everest Town.
Such an ambitious boss should be rich!

When I arrived at the hotel, the proprietress took the initiative to help take the large luggage off the pickup. After seeing my mother's face bad, she went upstairs to open oxygen with her luggage. When I went upstairs, I had settled down. Then I helped us to make an appointment for the next day's transportation car. I wanted to watch the sunrise 🌅, but later I found that the elderly and children needed to rest, and helped us make a new appointment. The hotel is very new, very clean, and the bath has enough hot water. Breakfast is similar to most of the Tibetan areas, and the area is limited. Although I regret not seeing Everest, I was still moved by the enthusiasm of the boss's wife. I will definitely choose here when I go to Everest!

The boss can help contact the car into the Everest Base Camp scenic spot and pick it up at the entrance of the hotel. Although I didn't see Mount Everest Rizhao Jinshan this time, it was not worthwhile to travel. I experienced the feeling of oxygen deprivation in Everest Base Camp. I will definitely come again next time, and I will choose the oxygen cube to stay, and recommend it to everyone.

First of all, I have to boast about its cleanliness, every corner is refreshing and tidy, and the living is super comfortable; the parking spaces in the front and back yards are super abundant, so I don’t have to worry about driving. The most surprising thing is the viewing experience~ Open the window in the early morning, Everest's whole view hits into the eyes without obstruction, and Xuefeng flashes in the morning light, and is instantly cured! The small intelligent assistant in the room is super intimate and the voice control is super convenient.
At night, it was more exciting. The Tibetan yak beef hot pot on the first floor was fragrant to the top. The meat was fresh and tender, and the special marinade was absolutely perfect! While eating hot pot, you can also watch the authentic Tibetan performance, and the atmosphere is directly full. Another key point: If you want to go to Everest, tell the boss in advance, the bus will be arranged clearly, worry-free and reliable.
