The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Fuqing, within walking distance to various restaurants and the Walmart shopping center. It is impeccably clean and serves a delicious Chinese-style breakfast. The reception staff are friendly, fluent in communication, and provide excellent service with a smile.

There is a self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is convenient for travel. There is no refrigerator in the room, the sound insulation equipment is poor, there are people talking in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can hear clearly. The elevator does not set a card to enter the elevator. The safety needs to be improved.
