The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Fuqing, within walking distance to various restaurants and the Walmart shopping center. It is impeccably clean and serves a delicious Chinese-style breakfast. The reception staff are friendly, fluent in communication, and provide excellent service with a smile.

Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb! The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The view outside the window is nice. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and it's also easy to order takeout. Transportation is convenient. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I didn't expect the floor to be so high, yet the construction noise next to the building was quite noticeable.

The latest and all aspects of the hotel in Gaoshan Town. There is no twin bed for booking a month in advance. The breakfast is quite rich. There are quite a lot of people for breakfast during the Chinese New Year. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is a self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is convenient for travel. There is no refrigerator in the room, the sound insulation equipment is poor, there are people talking in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can hear clearly. The elevator does not set a card to enter the elevator. The safety needs to be improved.

Facilities: There's an outdoor hot spring downstairs, and a children's playground on the third floor. Overall, the facilities are suitable for family trips and offer good value for money.
