Our stay was absolutely perfect! The modern decor was stylish yet spotless, and the furniture gleamed, showing great care. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was a comforting, authentic treat. There’s no flashy extravagance here; instead, it's the kind of warmth and thoroughness that comes with time and makes a lasting impression. Quality is evident in every detail. Absolutely flawless, five stars and highly recommended!

The staff are friendly and the hotel is good. Some parts are a little too much ^^ I just don't know much about food. Will stay again next time I go to India One more thought is needed.

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Very satisfied with a stay experience. The service staff are very warm, there are many types of breakfast, and you can also experience authentic Indian cuisine. Knowing that I have a lot of water, the waiter replenishes sufficient bottled water every day, safe and clean, recommended!

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

Overall, the service lacked warmth, the communication was frustrating, and the policies made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free, friendly experience.

The hotel service is very good, and the equipment is quite new. However, the elevator is slow to respond. Many times, I thought it had sensed the room card, but it ended up running to another floor. The food is good, but the lack of bacon is the only regret.
