"3/Apr/2026
Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation.
Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel.
Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional.
Quiet and sleep well.
Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F.
Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026
Unfortunately it rained and getting cold at Matsshima"

"The location is excellent, very close to the station. Right behind the hotel, there’s a morning market with a fish market and plenty of delicious local food to try. The room is quite spacious and comfortable.
There’s also a beer market with beer on tap nearby, a famous grilled beef tongue restaurant right next door, and an izakaya just across from the hotel, making it very convenient for food and drinks."
Conveniently located in the heart of Sendai, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Hirose-dori Station and within close proximity to Kokubuncho, the largest entertainment and dining district in the Tohoku region.
By focusing on exceptional sleep comfort and shower quality, and eliminating unnecessary features, we offer a simple yet refined stay experience. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel serves as a perfect base for exploring Sendai and the wider Tohoku area.
"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities.
There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded.
Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise.
My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted."

Amazing
CcocozhengwenExtremely satisfied with my stay! The room was quite spacious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Sendai next time, and I'll recommend it to friends who need a place to stay. The drip coffee provided by the hotel was also surprisingly good.
GGuest UserThe location is great, not far from JR Sendai Station, less than a 10-minute walk, and the path is easy to navigate. There are many shops and convenience stores around, and even several drugstores right across from the hotel, which was perfect for our late-night shopping spree until 11 PM!
The hotel also offers a good selection of drinks and snacks, plus late-night supper. The public bath is clean and comfortable, and you can enjoy it until 1 AM, which is absolutely ideal for those of us who like to stay out until after 11 PM and then come back to relax and unwind!
Cch.bWe stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.
CCZWONGHad another great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai. The location remains one of its strongest points—very close to Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city and connecting to transport.
The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and efficient use of space. Everything was in good working condition and thoughtfully arranged for a smooth stay.
Staff were polite, professional, and quick during check-in and check-out, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The overall environment of the hotel is consistent and reliable, which makes it a great choice for repeat stays.
Overall, a solid and dependable hotel in Sendai with excellent convenience and value. Highly recommended for both business and short leisure trips!
ZzhglongThis was my second stay at this hotel. Coincidentally, it was during a Japanese long weekend, and the room rate for two nights skyrocketed from over 800 to nearly 1500 yuan. The bed also downsized from 1.6m to 1.4m. My experience declined, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's my wallet's fault.
GGuest UserThe hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.
MM315587****The location is great, right in a shopping street, about a 15-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for dining and other needs. The hotel uses a self-service check-in and check-out system at the front desk, and the overall experience was excellent. The room I booked this time was over 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel and offers great value for money. The facilities are also relatively new. I'm very satisfied with my stay.
AAT_1115Very good location, convenience store nearby. Good breakfast, comfortable hot spring bath. Tidy room and, good windows condition that is able to have a good sleep. Good in its price range.
無無為者It is quite convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable; hotel staff is helpful and polite. Free breakfast is nice and yummy.
YyukeyThe room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.
