Really nice place and really nice stay. (John/Can) the owner of the place was so accommodating and friendly. He upgraded our room at no cost and went above and beyond to help us. Super friendly staff and nice location as well.

We had a very comfortable stay here for 3 days. It's recently renovated. Our room was very clean and had a very nice balcony. The location is perfect and near everything. It's within a 5 minute walking distance to Budva old town and the main bus station. Also Mr Can the manager was very welcoming and helpful.

Не рекомендую отель, искренне. Наткнулась на мошенников, хозяева отеля обманули меня на деньги. Я заселилась в отель Villa Simona 18 апреля. Была ночь, так как мой рейс задержался. Меня встретили и я оплатила отель наличными, тк карта не работает. Но, с меня взяли намного больше, чем было прописано в Booking.Две недели в этом отеле стоили 311 евро на Booking, а на месте отель взял с меня 350 евро мол комната больше, хотя я бронировала другую и не просила ничего менять. Мне пришлось заплатить, потому что не хотелось спать на улице. На утро я увидела, что мою бронь в Booking отель отменил. Отель сделал все, чтобы я не могла пожаловаться. В общем, заработал на мне и сэкономил на Booking. Хитрые. Я попросила владельца вернуть мне деньги, которые я переплатила, но мне заявили, что они не обязаны ничего возвращать. В отеле я останавливалась с мамой, но на день уехала в Сербию по делам, и удаленно просила отель о возврате средств. На что они начали возмущаться и кричать на мою маму. Адекват - не их формат. Деньги мне до сих пор не вернули, прошла уже неделя. И не собираются даже. Из недостатоков самого отеля: заселили меня с мамой в грязный номер, его даже не убрали перед нашим приездом и еще три дня не могли убрать. Вещи стирать негде. Шумно. Холодно. Капает вода с потолка. Прожила я там неделю, но потом съехала как нашла квартиру. И за вторую неделю мне тоже не вернули деньги. Обманули на 39 евро и плюс не вернули деньги за вторую неделю 175 евро. Совет: не бронировать этот отель. Здесь могут обмануть на деньги.
