Been there twice for some reasons. First time was ok, second time I got the room was close to hwy, so noisy, and one thing can’t accept that previous customers smoked in the room and they might don’t know or whatever, I stayed after few hours my all clothes absorbed that smoke smell. Why they don’t do anything before new customers checkin?

The location of the hotel is convenient, the surrounding environment is good, and the accommodation is good
Although there are noises, other facilities have been updated

A hotel with extremely low cost performance. According to the staff of the nearby restaurant, it is not worth the price. It is impossible to CAD$300/night. The local hotel is at most $200. There are many good choices nearby for its price, but We ordered late and had to choose😰😰

I stayed here for 4 days when I came over for training. My room had a little kitchenette which was brilliant. The hotel is appears to be a renovated older motel building. The insides of the rooms are clean and fresh. The flooring however is laminate, so its noisy if you're on the bottom floor and the upstairs people are night owls. Parking is free. Its a quick drive to anywhere in Burnaby or into Vancouver. If you're on a bit of a budget constraint, this is a great option!

Staff were very nice; place was clean. Wish there were hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes while bathing and also needs more parking

The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. Bed is comfortable. Location is fairly central and can’t beat the price

Management were helpful even after checkout while waiting for my ride.
Views are great from the west and north facing rooms.
Good free on demand coffee in lobby.
