Sarah and Mylah were exceptional with check-in and check-out as well as they promptly answered any requests I had.
The room has a washer/dryer unit as well as a kitchenette which was a plus for me!

MMichaelThis is fist time trip to Nantong, I choose this hotel cause many good review. And it is correct review.
- Reception man is very welcome
- Hotel is very clean
- Bedroom is looks new, and the sofa is actually single bed under it
- Bedroom is very quite, you will have good sleep at night
- There give welcome fruit in the room (thank you)
- Food in restaurant have many variation and taste delicious
- Laundry room have 3 set of washing+drying machine, they already prepare laundry soap, also have steam iron
- Gym room is very nice have several equipment
- near the hotel many local restaurant and supermarket
- overall service is much more than the hotel price
I Recommend this hotel for business trip, next time I will stay again if visit Nantong.

CChrisHaven't been impressed with a hotel this cheap in years. Where do I start? Lots of shops and restaurants around. Newly built metro line with a station (Nantong University) within walking distance and as of the writing of this post free to use. Lobby was large and impressive. The in-room balcony was also beautiful, too bad it was too cold to really use it. The big windows gave nice views of Nantong University and I can only assume saves the company loads on energy consumption. The bed was softer than most Chinese mattresses so I slept great. The smart TV allowed me to cast videos from my phone. Robotic deliveries should be the law and this property had one. Some of the deliveries were slow, they could use at least one more robot butler. Although I didn't interact with the staff much they were great and actually seemed like they enjoyed working there.
The mirror is really cool but trying to sleep with that bright was impossible so I covered it up with some little stacked boxes. I couldn't figure out how to turn if off, other than removing the keycard. Wish this place allowed pets: the balcony, flooring, and cheap furniture would make this an ideal facility to stay with a furry bud.
This place is ranked #1 for Nantong on the app and I can see why: Whether you're a budget or luxury traveller, make a reservation here! Hope this is a chain and if I see one in my next destination that's where I'm staying

GGuest UserSince I was going to Nantong University for an exam, there was no suitable hotel near the South Gate, so I chose this hotel in the relatively close West Gate area. The floors are high, and the 42nd to 56th floors are basically guest room areas. I didn't have any special requirements, and the service was OK. The room card didn't work when I was about to check out. I didn't have time to experience the sauna. It was relatively quiet at night, and it was generally OK.

It is very inconvenient to have no power socket next to the sink. Except for the hair dryer, there may be other small appliances that need to be used for electricity. The hair dryer or razor of the curling bar must be used for electricity. There is no conditioner for some accidents 😂
The price of the same Hanting seems to be more close to the people, because it is convenient to live here nearby. Hope business is booming

The front desk checked in quickly, the towels and bath towels were easy to use, and the air conditioning was also very powerful. I communicated with the hotel in advance and asked for two beds to be put together. We have two adults and two children. The hotel prepared it in advance. I am very satisfied

GGuest UserThe experience is really great! The room was very clean and tidy, and it felt particularly comfortable as soon as I entered the door. The bedding is soft, the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly, the details are done very well, and there is no need to worry about hygiene at all. Also sent a disposable bath towel 👍
The location of the homestay is also very convenient, just near Vientiane City, shopping and eating are very close, and the traffic is convenient. The decoration style of the room is simple and warm, the lighting is very good, and it is particularly comfortable to live in.
The landlord's service attitude is super good, the communication is very timely, and the check-in and check-out are very smooth. Overall, it is a very satisfying accommodation experience, I will choose here next time! highly recommended!
