Our hotel gym only provides basic facilities and does not have a shower room. You need to return to your room for a bath. We do not offer night bed service. On the day of check-in, if we do not receive a notice from the guest, the room attendant will not enter the room to clean. Regarding the air conditioning problem you mentioned, after inspection by the engineering department, the air conditioner in the room is operating normally. As Kunming is a city with a relatively moderate temperature, the cooling function of the air conditioner is limited, and we are very sorry that the room temperature did not meet your satisfaction. Our hotel attaches great importance to the opinions of every guest. We will further improve and enhance our facilities and services. Thank you for your sincere evaluation.
