JJoieeCheck-in & Check-out was seamless. Room was very clean and spacious. Got upgraded Thank you. All staff provided a great service. For cons, tv is not smart tv. There is a bidet in the restroom but weird thing it was installed on the left part. Warm lighting is a bit dark. Breakfast buffet was okay. Airport shuttle was the best. Other than that, this is your choice of hotel if you’re up to an affordable one that’s very accessible to the airport & provides a pleasant stay.

SSseb_19We love staying here, all staff are approachable and accommodating. Whatever our query, they answer it. The food was good too. We had a hearty breakfast. If you love hot, shower book now! Gotta recommend this to my family. Affordably great! Airport pick up and drop off 💯👌🏻

SStuatplThese hotel rooms are the most modernly equipped I’ve ever come across Worldwide.
Everything was automated including the curtains with touchscreen control.
The breakfast was first class well cooked well presented and served by happy pleasant polite staff. Whilst from the exterior this hotel does not look like a five star hotel I assure you from the inside (as long as you don’t want a palatial suite) as world class.
Even the elevator to the 10th floor only took a few seconds because it was modern clean fast and well maintained.
Highly recommend recommended to any Buisness folks or those on vacation.

The good: Very convenient location, quite close to the airport! Beds in the room were very comfortable and spacious- felt like we were sleeping in the clouds! Kitchenette is also very convenient! The bathroom is well designed, with a bathtub, even!
The Bad: our room.(403) felt like it hadn't been cleaned/used in a while. There was a dead cockroach (a small one, thankfully!) in the bath/shower. When I walked from the bathroom to the bed with dry feet, my feet were very dirty just from walking those few meters! The hotel room is also quite old-style and could use a bit of renovation.

RRonn James AguirreGood size hotel with affordable price. We only stayed for a night and there is an included airport transfer service. On arrival to the hotel, staff are pleasant and accommodating. It has a good size room with clean amenities. The toilets are clean and the furnishing are of good quality. Good size bed and the mattress is comfortable. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel and a coffee shop. There are also nearby fast-food chain. Although it was a night stay, the experience is great. I would stay there again.

GGuest UserHad a great stay. The staff and spa as always fantastic. The food has become very disappointing. Over priced and low quality.
Ordered Calamari appetiser. Has been really good in the past. Large portion and fresh. Now, tiny portion and obviously prepackaged frozen. Not edible rubber.
Wife Ordered the Salmon filet. Cold and raw in the middle.

AAnna Mae DavoVery accommodating staffs and friendly. I just informed them that were getting late in checking in cause my kids wants to roam around Cebu City in a while. They responded immediately. The Hotel looks clean, cozy and comfortable. We're able to stay there for just 9 hours and it's worth it. It's just 5 minutes drive to the airport.
