As a result, I couldn't sleep peacefully for two nights and was often woken up at night. Feeling very bad. 3. The food in the restaurant: can be described with very bad words. First of all, the ingredients are not fresh and some fruits are obviously rotten, as evidenced by the photos. Secondly, the dishes provided do not taste fragrant. I don’t know if it’s the chef’s cooking skills or the cooking method that’s different! It feels far from the standard of a five-star hotel. I chose a lot of dishes, but almost none were delicious. As for the Italian restaurants around us, we felt that they were both delicious and delicious. The overall feeling is that the restaurant level of this hotel is far below the five-star standard, not even three-star. Third, we ate at the front of the restaurant, which was very nice, but we were surrounded by swarms of bees or wasps. They were unscrupulous and plundered food directly from the dinner plate. I originally booked this hotel because it is close to the seaside and has an Italian style. Due to the above-mentioned bad feelings, we had to change to other nearby hotels. The price was half cheaper than here, and the experience was much better than this. Therefore, we feel that this hotel is not consistent with such a high price and five-star rating. The joyful mood of the first two nights when I came to Sardinia for the first time was greatly affected. 5. Communicate and coordinate with the person in charge of the hotel (assistant manager) when leaving the hotel, and truthfully respond to the above issues. They apologized for this, but had no other remedies. After asking the manager for instructions, they agreed to waive the value-added tax we should have paid when we arrived at the store and a salad (it was extremely unpalatable and was returned on site). . "We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Sardinia based at the Felix Hotel Airone, 19-5-26- to 30-5-2026. I can’t thank the Hotel, Staff and Management enough for their kindness and service they provided. On arrival we were told that we were being given an upgrade, we had a nice room looking towards the swimming pool, large double bed and big bathroom with a terrific shower, the room was serviced every day with fresh towels and complementary supplies. We booked half board, this was definitely the right decision for us, the food was brilliant, there were 2 starter options, 3 entree options and 3 main course and sweet options, the service in the restaurant from Aldo and his team was above and beyond. We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary whilst we were there, we had a wonderful surprise when we returned to our room a bottle of bubbly 2 glasses and rose petals sprinkled on the bed, what a lovely kind gesture. It would be easy to find faults in this older hotel, but a lot of effort was put into making everything as good as possible. My only criticism would be the evening meal times, it is quite a bit later than we are used to. Well done and thank you to everyone at the Hotel Airone. Mark and Elaine Eggleton Weymouth UK"

"What a beautiful boutique hotel on the outskirts of Porto Cervo my husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay here at the end of August this year the reception staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us when we arrived after our journey to them was stopped due to our rental car breaking down which meant we had to end our journey to stay with them via taxi 400 euro cost they assisted my husband to arrange a new hire car to cover our stay with them and also agreed a good price and booked us our airport transfer too on our last day they even reccomended and booked restaurant s for our evening meals wonderful stay such an amazing find thank you to all the staff who helped also great breakfast included and excellent cleaning of rooms and pool area gorgeous loved the sun loungers"

"We didn't like Porto Cervo at all. It was a city built by modern people from wasteland. It has no cultural foundation and gives people a fake feeling. The waiters' attitude is also hypocritical. The prices are extremely high, and the restaurant's food is not authentic. This dissatisfaction has affected our correct evaluation of this hotel. We do not recommend it."

Club Hotel Cormorano

"Very nice stay in a good location. The buffet breakfast was very good but the toaster (more like a breville sandwich maker) was not great though. The coffee machines were exceptional. The room and bathroom were a good size but the removal of a third bed would have given us more space. Plenty of storage including lots of hangers was greatly appreciated. Also because we had a corner room we were lucky enough to have a wrap around balcony which was great. A small table on the balcony would be helpful and Wi-Fi in the rooms is the least we can expect these days. These things missing felt a bit mean and unnecessary. Pool area was very good with plenty of sunbeds but early grabbing of them was starting to become an issue and some folks wanted the best of both worlds in that they grabbed beds first thing in the morning and then disappeared for a good few hours to the beach. Better monitoring by the hotel would be appreciated. There are only about 7 restaurants in the resorts with a couple of bars that also do snacks. Most of the restaurants were expensive even for a simple pasta dish. The restaurant on the beach was knockout but you do need to book as very popular with Italians (understandable!) There is a brilliant supermarket 10 minutes walk from the hotel (turn right out of the hotel) and it is called Deloris. Open every day and has lots of made up snacks and sandwiches. Small local market sets up on a Monday on the road to the supermarket. Interesting but that is about all. Didn’t do a boat trip as only full day and quite expensive. There is a bus stop close by that goes to Porto Cuervo but very infrequent service. Taxis I believe are 40 to 50 euros one way so beware. Would recommend this hotel if wishing to stay in this area but the resort is just a bit small for my tastes so wouldn’t return here for that reason alone."

"Do not be put off by older poor reviews. We have had a fabulous week here. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner and an engineer arrived in minutes to put it right. The rooms are kept exceptionally clean. The beds are very large and comfortable. Room 105 was very quiet. We had a large balcony overlooking gardens. The beach was only a few minutes away, it was €10 for 2 sun beds and a parasol. Food is incredibly good with excellent choices. Wine and water is on tap for dinner. A massive bonus for me was the manned espresso machine at breakfast. We took a local bus for €2.50 to Porto Cervo. Walking to Cannigione takes about 20 minutes. Here you will find well stocked supermarkets and boutiques. On a Monday there is a large outdoor market. We highly recommend this hotel for a quiet get away with stunning scenery. The final great bonus if you travel with Jet2 is an €80 credit for the bar!"

"The white holiday cottage is very Greek, the pool is large, the breakfast is rich, the room terrace is the pool view, the restaurant food is not expensive, but the sound insulation is very poor, the fence room closes my room will vibrate. "The hotel is very old; there's no elevator to get directly to your room; you have to climb stairs. We got a room overlooking a rock, so you couldn't see outside and hardly any light came in. They don't provide beach towels, meaning if you're flying in, you'll have to bring your own. We were given the option to pay €5 a day per towel. The TV is very old; it's not a smart TV, so you can only watch Italian channels, and it's very small. The double bed is two small beds pushed together, and the mattresses are old and not very comfortable. The bathroom is terrible, with no design, and a horrible smell of plumbing. The pool is quite small for the number of guests; some days there weren't even any free sunbeds. The photo doesn't show it, but the pool is colorful. There were quite a few insects. The only good things were probably the views and the terrace. The dinner was quite delicious, but small and expensive."

"Disappointing stay. Poor lunch and dinner service. The breakfast buffet (very little variety for a 4-star hotel) was from 8:00-10:00 a.m., and the only two foods were hot; Bacon and scrambled eggs were served no earlier than 8:30 a.m. on a single tray, which was not replaced if it was used up. What's more, nothing was replaced. Not only within the same service, but there were foods like yogurt or muesli that were not replenished in two or three days. As for dinner, it was not a buffet but a closed menu from which you had 3 options to choose from, it was not bad. What was not normal was the time it took to serve between dishes, with the dish finished and not being picked up for up to 30 minutes. Finally, I would like to comment that being on half board (drinks not included), one of the days it occurred to us to ask for a little more bread, which to our amazement was charged, I repeat: being on half board with dinner included. Regarding the facilities; Very well maintained exteriors but rooms and specifically bathrooms very old, so much so that if they flushed the drain in another room, water would come out of the bathroom in the adjoining room. Last, but not least, the hotel holds many weddings in which it leaves the hotel guests without the hotel facilities. Since they take place in the pool, leaving their use exclusively for weddings. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Disappointing stay."
