Property is easy to get to off 75 - it’s very close -but that means it has quite a bit of interstate noise. Good value but you aren’t getting a 4 star kind of place. This latest visit the shower would not work, only the tub. I like that there are a large number of restaurants within a few blocks. Free breakfast is simple but good enough.

The whole area around the hotel looked unkept. Room was very unsanitary!! Stains on the comforter. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room. Phone and thermostat in the room was broken. There were stains inside and outside the microwave, The door to the room was had dents and cracks. We asked for a room change and the new room unfortunately wasn’t any better!

The property was extremely dirty. People were smoking in their rooms and the smell travelled into our room all night. Floors in the hallway looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. As someone who suffers from asthma the smoke smell was very difficult to breath.

Couldn’t find check in, the lobby isn’t plainly marked. Overall weird smell to the hotel and rooms. Room was drafty, and the reason why was because there was a big old crack in the window. Noisy too. Only thing to recommend is the price.

Room was large and comfortable but a bit musty smelling. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The room was not cleaned very well. Towels were dingy. Windows and mirrors not that well maintained.

Upgrades were obviously taking place, however, the light switch was not working the light upon entry, the wall around the new light fixture had not been painted and the bathroom ceiling had not been painted. I found globs of paint on the vanity and a few on the carpet. I do not think you should rent a room until it is fully upgraded.

The hotel is located in a motel looking property. You are directed to the actual hotel my the staff but at first glance it seems like you’ll be staying in a motel which is pretty scary. I was given a smoking room initially even though I had bought a non smoking room. The smoking room was gross and grungy with water damage on the wall. I asked staff to change my room and they were very nice about changing my room which I appreciate but after traveling all day having to ask for a room I had already bought was the last thing I wanted to do. The non smoking room was ALOT better than the smoking room but it still felt like cleanliness was not much of a priority here. The bathtub was clogged so water would not drain. I found a hair on the bed and the microwave and fridge were not very clean. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again. Not sure about the surrounding hotels as I have never stayed here before but I would definitely not rate this above a 2 star. Its ratings received me.

Came down for breakfast at 820am and food was gone. Had to get eat somewhere else. No towels in our room when check in. Someone from the desk LET THEMSELVES IN OUR ROOM while we were there. I was in the bathroom and my husband standing in his underwear in the room! Awful
