Wanted a hotel close to the airport but without hearing any planes. This completely fulfills this. Hotel itself is fine yet dated. Old tiles, old phones in bathroom, carpets etc however staff are very friendly and everything is clean. Egyptian and continental options at breakfast Buffet available

Last minute booking due to missed flight. Nice hotel, a bit dated (phone in the bathroom?) but comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast good too.

Excellent Hotel. As others have said some of the rooms are getting a bit dated but the immaculate cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the excellent restaurants and other facilities more than make up for that,

The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, but their walls need cleaning. This is the first time I live in a hotel that does not have a towel for the bathroom floor or slippers. They have free airport shuttle, and the bus leaves at the beginning of every hour for 24 hours.

Good overall. But the man for shuttle service charged me 20$ for tip. This is the car number.

I booked a room just for several hours to sleep before my next flight. Due to the party outside and loud music I wasn't able to sleep, this is awful. Overall the hotel is very good, I liked the shuttle service and the dinner in the Italian restaurant.

Everything you hope to find from a 5 star hotel!

Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Not good value for the sum paid. Pros: The hotel is near the airport, there are no noises from the outside. The windows were soundproof. Interior was nice and the rooms are spacious. Cons: 1. Giving wrong information: We didn’t have breakfast in our initial booking so we booked 2 breakfasts . However, the receptionist told us that the breakfast costs 200 Egyptian pounds per person but at the end of our stay they deducted 350 Egyptian pounds from our deposit (per person). We felt cheated and scammed, because they said it’s a matter of dollar/Egyptian pound currency changes but it makes no sense. 2. Amenities: The towels in the bathroom were very old with thread coming out of them. There were no bath robes or slippers in the room. The fridge was old and didn’t work properly. The water bottles or coffee were not updated daily. The bath was not cleaned properly the second day (there were hair) 2. The breakfast wasn’t good either, not enough variety for a 5 star hotel. 3.The hotel helps book taxi but they charge too much. 16$ to the airport but uber is just 2-3$. However, it was very difficult to book a taxi ourselves.
