This is my second time in Palma. I really like it here! This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I chose a sea view room. The view is super good. The room is well heated. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic! Super satisfied!

That is, there is no place whatsoever to sit in the entire hotel area and have a drink and a cigarette, another guest also informed me that they were forbidden to smoke on the room's own balcony. Foolishness during holiday celebrations is the last thing you want to experience. Can understand the intention, but change this, make a smoker's corner where smokers can have a drink and a cigarette, this will surely increase the hotel's popularity.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice view. I was concerned about the noise, because it is very close to the airport. But it was quiet and nice and the planes lifting off or landing were not disturbing.

Great stay at a great hotel
We last stayed at the hotel 17 years ago under its previous name, its was great to come back and see that it was better than the last time, staff are fantastic, rooms clean and bright, food excellent will be going back again.
