Great hotel with a nice pool and fitness center

Staff went out of their way to help me with a battery issue. They could have easily steered me to a near by store. When I need to make a purchase I will select businesses that appreciate their customers when I can. I will stay here again the next time I’m in town!

This hotel front desk staff was terribly rude; the staff hung up on me while trying to discuss our room with them. I would suggest going to another hotel as they have no manners and should be better equipped to speak on the phone with their guests.

Our room was very clean as well as other areas of this motel. We especially want to give a "shout out" to Daniel and Yinet at the front desk. They were professional, friendly and helpful which really added to our pleasant stay. The next time we are in the Canal Winchester area visiting family, we will be repeat guests of this Hampton Inn.

Front desk guy is rude and kicks you out of lobby so he can talk to girlfriend. We were enjoying a nice game of cards in the lobby but the front desk guy with a mask on said we had to leave so he could have quiet time with his girlfriend who he was talking to

Just completed a 2 night stay at this Hampton Inn here in Canal Winchester. From the moment you walk in the door you can tell this hotel is different. I have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties over the past few years and this property by far is the cleanest. The workout room is really nice too. Two ellipticals, two treadmills, 1 stationary bike, 1 rowing machine, huge rack of dumbells, two nice racks for pullups, straps, and bands. There was a box jump and plenty of water, towels, and wipes. The equipment was very well maintained and didn't have that tired and worn out look. Huge dining area with nice furniture and plenty of outlets/USB slots all over the place. The STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL! Starting with the greeting upon arrival and all during the stay. The housekeepers were friendly and accommodating. Everyone made sure you were greeted and taken care of. The property is very close to alot of chain restaurants and if you head about 2 miles into downtown Canal Winchester you will be pleasantly surprised with the available eating and drinking establishments. I highly recommend staying at this property and you won't be disappointed.
