It was nice to have privledges at other properties. The RIU parties are awesome. The food seemed to fit us better at the Caribe but there were plenty of options at the RIU Cancun.
The only negative thing was that we were unable to get into any of the specialty restaurants. We were turned away even though the sign said they were open for two more hours. It seems if you don't go as soon as they open, you won't get in.

Overall the experience was great, the staff was amazing, and when a request was made, it was taken care of in a timely matter. When traveling, I want to unplug and enjoy my stay, so Premium alcohol is a must, that was not included at this hotel. The drinks by the pool were watered down because after consuming 10-12 when by/in the pool, a person should feel a little buzzed, but I did not. The elevators were unusable when there was extra crowd due to overweight or inefficiency. The location was great, it has amazing sunrises, and full of night entertainment. When it comes to the food, it was average. I really enjoyed their steakhouse, Sushi, and Culinary restaurants. I would have enjoyed to have a bit more variety on the buffet and also to be able to order Bloody Mary or mimosa for breakfast, but they only served wine at the dinner options.

The staff did a poor job of managing the spring break revelers. Could not get through to the front desk at night and had loud noise immediately next-door for six hours from 10 PM to 4 AM. Intolerable.

Loved the amenities the staff were super friendly and helpful and the pools were plentiful, we had the best time and plan on returning !!

I really enjoyed my stay here, however if youre looking for quiet and peaceful, this is not it. Maybe it was because I went so close to spring break, but it was a non-stop party everyday and night...however if that's what you're looking for this is it. (it was what I was looking for) food options are abundent but it isn't a five star meal but theres plenty of choices for you.

Overall resort is mediocre. Food options are not great. Only have bottom self liquor and only beer option is Dos. Beach is very pretty and swim able. Next to impossible to get a drink while on the beach. Walkable to the hotel zone ***** with is good. Sebastian in the fiesta bar area was great and very fast getting you what you needed at the bar. Every where else was forever to get a drink. I would like to have just a stay option not all inclusive since the location is what makes this place.

The resort has to place me in a temporary room for a day until my room was ready. I paid for a junior suite but was placed in a standers room with a broken fridge that leaked water all over the floor

The area is good close to Coco and Bongo and others bars and shopping centers but the rooms need to be remodel the beds are old and uncomfortable the food and drinks ok good customer service

Amazing resort very clean staff is working hard to keep the place spotless service is amazing beach is free of sea **** and very calm we loved it . Will return for sure ! Very beautiful property must see we travel to Cancun every 6 month and have stayed in many hotels this is so far the best place we stayed I. More beautiful then Le Blanc
