San Juan beach water club has always been my go to when I one time Puerto Rico. They are currently in renovation. They are switching owners, so they are changing the look of the place and updating it.

Came to Puerto Rico to celebrate my birthday. This is a beautiful beachfront hotel. We stayed in a beach-view room and it was calming listening to the ocean. The staff and services were great. It has the most comfortable bed and fluffiest pillows.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff was absolutely incredible - so kind and helpful (from the front desk, to the bartenders, pool and beach staff, housekeepers, etc.). The hotel is modern and clean and the vibes are immaculate. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was so easy. You can walk directly across the street (a 10 second walk) and you're on the beach with beautiful clear blue water. They set up chairs and towels for you, which is included with your stay. We also loved that this hotel felt more quiet and peaceful than the hotels in Condado which were crowded and a bit much. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!! Such a great experience.

Don’t do it. This company misrepresents the quality of this hotel through its marketing. Interior decor is great (only reason for 2 stars), but it’s lipstick on a cochino. You will take multiple cold showers, you won’t sleep if on the 10th floor. Food at the restaurant is flavorless and the pool deck gets no sun.

This company games the review process. Positive reviews are fake. Do not stay here. Cold showers, terrible restaurant. Building is shambles. Staff is the only saving grace here but you’ll be disappointed if you stay here. Our hearts literally sank when we pulled up to this hotel and I debated going back to the airport and leaving the following day. It’s that bad.

The room and pool areas were nice. Clean and attractively designed. The pool attendant was great. But the two restaurants were both problematic. Bad food and bad service. We ordered fresh raw oysters without sauces or special preparation, but our oysters came all covered with some oily spiced dressing. It was nasty tasting. When we asked why the oily stuff was put on our oysters when we ordered them plain, we were told it was to "add color". Many other problems with the restaurants.

The balcony views are amazing! The amenities of this hotel are great. They provide pools, a spa, and an amazing rooftop restaurant with great food, kind staff, and mesmerizing views of the beach. The hotel is just 10 mins from the airport and at the heart of San Juan!
