Is a truckstop motel, everything that you expected to be it is nothing fancy here.

I enjoy staying here it is always nice and the rooms are nice

Because this is one of the least expensive hotels in this location, I would have expected much worse than what I actually experienced. The room was decent and clean and there were no major issues compared to other hotels I may have stayed at…I do think had I booked a day earlier I could have saved like 33% so prices do fluctuate

Breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and waffles with syrup. We asked for butter. They didn't have any. They had a toaster with no bread?? We had only one towel and one washcloth between us! The refrigerator was on the floor not plugged in. We could hear people above our room walking across the room, talking, doing anything in their room.... we could hear everything through the ceiling!!

I was looking for last minute lodging in the area and found this motel on Hotels. Com For the price I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleased. The front desk personnel was and has been very professional and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable!

They list things like coffee makers and hair dryers in amenities that they do not have. The shampoo was in a used vial that was dirty. It was overpriced, dirty, and uncomfortable. I am not even sure they offered breakfast but if they did I wouldnt eat it. If all you need is a bed and tv its acceptable.

I am utterly disgusted and outraged by my recent stay at Rodeway Inn. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare the moment I walked into my room. To my horror, I discovered cockroaches infesting the bed, scurrying around as if they owned the place. The conditions were beyond uninhabitable; they were downright hazardous to one's health. I demand immediate action be taken against this disgraceful establishment. It is not only unacceptable but also legally reprehensible to subject paying customers to such filth and neglect. I refuse to let this slide without repercussions. The management must be held accountable for their gross negligence, and the authorities should intervene to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests. I demand a full refund and compensation for the trauma and inconvenience caused by this appalling experience. Furthermore, I implore health and safety inspectors to conduct a thorough investigation of Rodeway Inn to prevent others from suffering a similar fate. This is not just about a bad hotel stay; it's about justice and basic human decency. I will be reaching out to the state health department as well as the attorney generals office, better business bureau and the California hotels and lodging association! This is not about the money that we spent staying here but the overall disgust, neglect and incompetence of this establishment!

This place is shabby, dirty and noisy. There are numerous people living there. It's a little scary. The front desk clerk was very nice, however. The best thing I can say is that there were no bedbugs.
