Great Hotel. Stayed here 4 nights. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Only a couple of restaurants/bars and gift shops near hotel. Tourest attractions near by (The Grotte di Castellana caves). But if your looking for somewhere to stay, quite and friendly I recommend this hotel 100%.

The hotel is close to the castellano grotte and most importantly close to the towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo etc. They have a free parking and a good breakfast with fruits, cereals, cheese, salami, croissants, yogurt and desserts. Gianodomenico the owner makes the best coffee according to his grandfather recipe. He was so attentive to what we needed and made our stay comfortable. There is a good pizza place next to the hotel called terre do Puglia, i would recommend to make a reservation because it gets crowded quickly!

Super basic room, very uncomfortable bed, you can hear all the noises coming from the hallway and the walls are made of paper (you can hear everything). Broken elevator, very poor breakfast. Old hotel, it should be a star. Convenient parking

The structure is located near the entrance to the Caves, in addition to this, the positive thing is that the rooms are clean, the taps are new and the water is immediate, and the location is obviously central for any excursion. What I didn't like was having received a room which, although with a double bed, was more suitable for a single person: only one window (contrary to the booking which included a triple room with balcony), there was no power socket on one of the bedside tables (what do I say, mini shelves), very limited support spaces, in the bathroom only one glass shelf, in the shower cubicle you could barely turn around, no support for shower shampoos, in the rooms in the evening the anguish came without a painting or photo posted on the wall. Minimal breakfast (only sweet croissants and pasticciotti), bathroom items and toilet paper left in the room to save money. The front desk was a desk in the breakfast room. Staff without uniform and without a minimum of enthusiasm. After two reservations in the same room, who knows what the main building with the balconies will be like!?

We stayed in this hotel, my husband and my daughter to visit Putignano with its beautiful carnival, Polignano and wonderful monopolies. Hotel cleanliness 10, comfort and location 10, very comfortable bed, super breakfast and very kind staff. I will definitely return, it is located at the entrance to the Castellana caves. I guarantee you that quality/price is worth everything.
