Great location. Near to south yara train station (within walking distance) and tram stops. Counter staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great and offers a good spread. Hotel not far away from the beautiful Yarra river.

The room is large, well designed, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the bathroom facilities are too old, and the toilet flushes constantly. The hotel is in a good location, the service is good, and it is quite satisfactory.
