All is good except for the noises coming from the road. Superb location.

The location is perfect, right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel and a shopping mall.

1) Friendly staffs. 2) Service is good. 3) Facilities is ok. 4) Breakfast is fine. Should have more happy faces!

Great breakfast with variety, room is as per standard just that the sound prove is very bad. Loud noise from the road side and next door.

The service at the hotel was decent overall. The staff were generally polite and responsive, though at times it felt like they were understaffed, leading to occasional delays. The facilities were quite good, with a well-maintained pool and a modern gym. The room was clean and comfortable, though the decor felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, though there is definitely room for improvement in certain areas.

Really love this hotel! The services are good and the breakfast is very good too. Very near to The Plaza Indonesia mall too!

The service is good, friendly staffs. Did found 1 tiny cockroach in the toilet. It's very noisy at night as it's next to the main road. They did provide ear plugs as the hotel is aware of the location. The signals for the TV needs to be better as it drops out on and off and someone change the TV settings country to India and I have to auto tune the channels again. Other than that, it was a good experience overall

Miss Hansa was hospitable and polite . Properly is near 2 shopping malls also fast food and Starbucks . Hotel itself - breakfast choices are average but all staff are helpful .

Room was thin. Could hear noises from next room and morning prayers. No tissues boxes in room for 4 days even after make up room each day.

Room is small. Warn hospitality. Good location. Delicious breakfast with local and International menu.

Nice location and have been staying here every time when on business trip. Very convenient for business traveller. Malls are just nearby.

The facilities of hotel quite old and not well maintain. My door lock has problem unable to open, call customer service ask technician to repair. It take approx 20 minutes only to my room....

The room was ok...but the hotel was not as expected it to be ...not as great as Fourpoint Surabaya. bfast was ok..nearby shopping centre and tanah abang.
