very good and clean room! spacious! and good location .the only one thing they can improve more is the breakfast food cause it sucks they keep on repeating same menu . you should learn diffrent menus

Cleanliness is good, but the beddings and towels looks very used and have faded stains. Aircon and TV works well. The room we booked was facing the wall of the next building so no nice view, but not a big issue.

Happy to stay at POP hotel. The location is very convenient for me. Value for money. But not convenient the table area. No light to shine the table. Quiet dark for me to work. And also no power point at the table for me to charge my laptop.

After long time no stay in this hotel, service is very suck, no helpfull receptionist, many staff no have solution & very bad service over all. For the man who be receptionist and hotel manager please learn who to give excellent service, cause youre job is it give the best service.

Let's start by the reception: this is by far the worst reception staff. Most of the receptionists are unhelpful, useless, indifferent to the situation of the guests, cold, impolite and with a fake smile which is disgusting. Honestly this hotel is one of the worst in jakarta, music so loud in the corridor from 6 am to 11 pm, in fact it's so loud that it woke me up. Rooms are either run down by time, or the Air-conditioning is not cooling the rooms enough. Price is expensive for the quality of service we got, hoenstly for the same price, other hotels in jakarta offers a much better option, warmer service, welcoming reception, and cleaner rooms.
