Atour Hotels in Changchun

You don't need to squeeze with others when shopping and eating delicious food. I will book here next time.

We booked two rooms, request to be side by side or same floor but the hotel not manage to arrange it. We reach at 10.30pm, by the time get room key and wanna enjoy the free porridge, the staff said the time is over, just 5min pass 11pm. It will be good for the staff to let us know the porridge going to close while we doing check-in. I order the room have window, unfortunately the window is facing corridor!

The Atour Hotel boasts a great ambiance and excellent hygiene. Despite sharing a building with other hotels, it has its own dedicated elevators. My pre-booked city-view king room offered fantastic views and superb facilities, which I was very satisfied with. The congee served in the evening was also quite delicious. Upon check-in, the front desk mentioned my original room required a wait and offered an upgrade. I accepted, only to find the upgraded room was far inferior to what I had originally booked. After discussing the issue, they switched me back to my original room for the two nights. Additionally, the door lock needed a manual push to close properly. I noticed from other reviews that this seems to be a common issue, and I hope they can improve it. I'd definitely choose Atour again!

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.
