Atour Hotels in Changchun

This Atour is one of the best Atours I live in. It feels like everything you need has been prejudged. I walked into the bathroom and just prepared to take out the alcohol disinfection sideboard, and found that the alcohol disinfection paper was prepared in advance. At night, I was about to find a switch. The night light on the foot automatically turned on. The breakfast was also an experience. There were many varieties and the ingredients were very fresh. All the layout and design are carefully designed, full of texture, just enough to meet the needs. The whole atmosphere is also easy to feel comfortable and satisfied, can feel the hotel's intentions, real, with high quality to serve customers, not to deal with.

This stay experience was really great! The hotel is very clean as a whole, the room is spotless, and even the corners are cleaned very meticulously, making people live particularly comfortable. The front desk staff was very good, check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they were very enthusiastic to answer our questions about the surrounding play and gave a lot of practical suggestions. I live in a twin room, the bed is a 1.5m big bed, and the quilt and pillows are very clean. The cleaning lady can mop the floor and clean up very well. For those of me who are mysophobic, feel free to stay! The front desk, cleaning aunt, and the little brothers in the restaurant are all very good, and I recognize every face of them. The location of the hotel is next to Jilin Animation College, just across the wall from the boys' dormitory! The room is clean and bright. I will choose this hotel when I visit my children in the future!

Welcome tea, warm people! The breakfast is rich in variety and the dining environment is warm and comfortable! Although it is not a listed five-star hotel, the quality has surpassed many big five-star hotels, which can be described as the king of the five crowns! Recommended! The environment is very good, the room is very big, the front desk service is very good, especially the front desk brother, the service attitude is really good, come to Changchun and choose to stay in the surrounding environment is also very good, next to the shopping mall, there is a night market at the door, and I saw the rainbow.

Facilities: The aromatherapy in the corridors and lobby smells really good! If you have trouble sleeping, you can stay in the deep sleeping area, it is really quiet! Not to mention the bedding, it’s definitely top notch and comfortable! The facilities are very good. The new hotel has some decoration smell, but it will be much better after opening the windows! Service: The front desk manager and Miss Jisong checked us in very gently and upgraded the room type. The gym and laundry room were also introduced when checking in. Washed our clothes and dried them for us! Very thoughtful! Breakfast: I was really shocked by the richness of the breakfast. It is not inferior to the configuration of a five-star hotel and has the characteristics of Northeast China. It has a complete variety and is great for the visual, olfactory and taste senses!

We booked two rooms, request to be side by side or same floor but the hotel not manage to arrange it. We reach at 10.30pm, by the time get room key and wanna enjoy the free porridge, the staff said the time is over, just 5min pass 11pm. It will be good for the staff to let us know the porridge going to close while we doing check-in. I order the room have window, unfortunately the window is facing corridor!

My family and I recently stayed in a family room at the Atour Hotel Wanda Changchun Hongqi Street, and overall, it was quite a positive experience. The room offered excellent value for money; it was spotlessly clean, warmly decorated, and truly comfortable. However, light sleepers should exercise caution, as the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, significantly impacting our family's sleep quality. A technician checked it, suggesting it might be related to the temperature setting, but adjusting it colder was simply unbearable for us. The front desk staff were friendly and natural in their service. While their presentation might not have been as 'polished' as some I've encountered at other Atour hotels, their attitude was genuinely sincere and balanced, neither overly enthusiastic nor cold. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide selection. The local specialties like Kao Leng Mian (grilled cold noodles) and Douzha (soy pulp) were unique and absolutely delicious! The restaurant staff were also exceptionally warm. Noticing we were pressed for time, they thoughtfully offered to pack some breakfast for us, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Changchun Film Studio and directly across from the 'This is Mountain' (Zheyoushan) shopping mall, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. Overall, this Atour hotel is perfect for families and comes highly recommended!
