"This hotel is pretty good. It's very convenient, being close to the train station, and for the price, it's quite a good deal. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the high-quality environment and professional service. The room is very spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and all the facilities are well-equipped. The staff are polite and enthusiastic, and they respond to requests very promptly. "Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

"Facilities: Arrived quite late, and the lovely lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which had all the amenities one could wish for. Cleanliness: The entire floor was carpeted, and everything was meticulously clean; I couldn't spot a single speck of dirt. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right by the roadside. Ride-sharing apps pinpointed it perfectly, and my driver was very friendly, even reminding me, 'It's on your right,' as I got out. Service: When you're in a new place, you often stumble upon these little pleasant surprises. The kind lady at the front desk even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Even though I woke up past 9 AM the next morning and missed it, I'm still incredibly grateful 🙏. "The environment, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The only minor drawback was that we had booked a family room online a week in advance and specifically requested a quiet room. However, we ended up with a room right by the elevator, which was incredibly noisy. We couldn't get a good night's sleep for two nights. Paying family room rates only to be situated right next to the elevator was truly frustrating."

"Stumbled upon 'Zheyoushan She' during a layover in Changchun, and it was simply stunning! The guesthouse rooms are nestled within Changchun's 'Zheyoushan' complex, making it incredibly convenient to explore and dine without even leaving the building. Despite being in a bustling area, the room design is elegantly tranquil, and the environment is peaceful and spotless, truly like a secluded paradise. The front desk even upgraded our room for free, which made the stay even more exceptional. My only regret is that our time there was too short. I highly recommend that anyone planning a family trip to Changchun include a two-day, one-night stay at 'Zheyoushan' and 'Zheyoushan She'!"

"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"My stay at Lavande Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortably laid out, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which made for a very restful sleep. The hotel's location is superb, offering great access to transportation and dining options. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'd definitely come back again."

"The first time I stayed at this Hanting 4.0 new store, the experience was directly full! The hotel is close to Jingyuetan Forest Park, and it is especially easy to go to the scenic spot. The overall decoration is simple and high-end, and the faint fragrance of Zen tea in the lobby makes people relax. The room has plenty of lighting, the hygiene is very meticulous, and the electric curtains are very good. The parking lot in the courtyard is large in size, and there are new energy charging piles. There is no need to worry about traveling by car. The front desk staff is friendly, the service response is timely, and the breakfast category is rich and delicious. "The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍"

The room is big and clean. The service staff took the initiative to upgrade our room. The service attitude is good. The bathroom is spacious, the shower water is strong, the location is very convenient, and it is very quiet at night. I stayed for one night and the experience was great. It was a good choice.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the intersection of Renmin Avenue and Ziyou Road, with a subway entrance just outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. We stayed for two nights and received complimentary breakfast and drinks. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were different each day and tasted excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. During the summer, it might get busy with many alumni from Northeast Normal University, so rooms could be scarce.

The family room is very spacious, all on the 32-33 floor, the scenery is good, exceeding expectations. 2 1.5-meter beds are very suitable for families with older children. The breakfast buffet has tofu brain, soy milk, millet porridge, noodle soup, wontons, hot and cold dishes, sausages, pastries, fried rice, etc. Although it is not luxurious, it is enough to eat very comfortable. You can walk to this scenic spot such as the mountain, the Changying Former Site Museum, and the transportation is convenient. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful.

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

The location is super convenient, really close to Wenhua Square Station on Metro Line 2, making transfers a breeze. Xinmin Street is within walking distance, so you can easily immerse yourself in the historical buildings and the green vertical landscaping of the area. Inside, the environment is very comfortable. The lobby has computers and printers available, and even the desks in the rooms come with a mat that doubles as a mousepad – perfect for business travelers or those needing to balance work and vacation. The soundproofing is probably among the best for this price range. From the street-facing rooms and restaurant, you can enjoy the view of the tall poplars across the road and the hostas nestled among the trees, which is really pleasant.

Facilities: It's an old hotel with outdated facilities. They even used grout to patch gaps in the elevator, which looked really bad. The toilet paper holder in the room was loose and wobbly. Hygiene: The hygiene was maintained quite well. Service: The welcome snacks and drinks included with the booking weren't delivered to the room. I had to call and ask for them two or three hours later, which was a minus. Food: The Chinese food was disappointing. The daily soup was bland and watery – can you believe a 68-yuan soup only had one piece of pork rib? Just one, that's pretty wild. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, nothing bad.
