"Facilities: Arrived quite late, and the lovely lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which had all the amenities one could wish for.
Cleanliness: The entire floor was carpeted, and everything was meticulously clean; I couldn't spot a single speck of dirt.
Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right by the roadside. Ride-sharing apps pinpointed it perfectly, and my driver was very friendly, even reminding me, 'It's on your right,' as I got out.
Service: When you're in a new place, you often stumble upon these little pleasant surprises. The kind lady at the front desk even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Even though I woke up past 9 AM the next morning and missed it, I'm still incredibly grateful 🙏.

"I rarely write reviews, and when I do, they're usually negative. But this Atour hotel absolutely deserves a massive five-star rating!
1. The breakfast is incredibly diverse for the price! And it's available for a long time, especially on weekends until 11 AM. If you're not in a hurry, it could easily double as lunch.
2. The room is very quiet; you barely hear any significant noise. However, the soundproofing might not be the best, as you can occasionally hear children running around.
3. The laundry room is the absolute highlight! Although there are only three washing machines and three dryers, which might lead to queues during peak hours, the service is absolutely fantastic! The staff will dry and hang your laundry outside your room door as requested, and it's quite clean—not as dirty as you might imagine a public laundry room to be. Plus, each cycle can be disinfected.
4. Both during check-in and check-out, they gave our child a fridge magnet and a small fan, which was so thoughtful! I also heard they offer late-night congee, which we didn't try, but I imagine it's also excellent!"

The room is big and clean. The service staff took the initiative to upgrade our room. The service attitude is good. The bathroom is spacious, the shower water is strong, the location is very convenient, and it is very quiet at night. I stayed for one night and the experience was great. It was a good choice.

The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. We stayed for two nights and received complimentary breakfast and drinks. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were different each day and tasted excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. During the summer, it might get busy with many alumni from Northeast Normal University, so rooms could be scarce.

The room was well-decorated, clean and practical. The breakfast was very rich and lived up to five-star standards. The art gallery was passable for casual enthusiasts, the Chinese restaurant was good, and we even had a company-run Changchun banquet, which was quite representative. We also tried the steam sauna, and the parking garage was adequate. Overall, it's a top-notch hotel in Changchun. I'll definitely be back next time! Thanks to the housekeeper!

Mark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

The family room is very spacious, all on the 32-33 floor, the scenery is good, exceeding expectations. 2 1.5-meter beds are very suitable for families with older children. The breakfast buffet has tofu brain, soy milk, millet porridge, noodle soup, wontons, hot and cold dishes, sausages, pastries, fried rice, etc. Although it is not luxurious, it is enough to eat very comfortable. You can walk to this scenic spot such as the mountain, the Changying Former Site Museum, and the transportation is convenient. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful.

Guest UserThe location is super convenient, really close to Wenhua Square Station on Metro Line 2, making transfers a breeze. Xinmin Street is within walking distance, so you can easily immerse yourself in the historical buildings and the green vertical landscaping of the area. Inside, the environment is very comfortable. The lobby has computers and printers available, and even the desks in the rooms come with a mat that doubles as a mousepad – perfect for business travelers or those needing to balance work and vacation. The soundproofing is probably among the best for this price range. From the street-facing rooms and restaurant, you can enjoy the view of the tall poplars across the road and the hostas nestled among the trees, which is really pleasant.

The location is incredibly convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to Changchun Station, and taking a taxi to major attractions is also very quick. Although the hotel's interior facilities aren't new, the service is excellent. Front desk attendant number three was warm and kind, even preparing a small gift for my child. It would be even better if the cleanliness was a bit more thorough. The soundproofing at night was also very good, and the most surprising thing was that this was my first time staying in a room with a window in the bathroom – both the bathroom and the room were spacious and bright. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local Changchun specialties. The reception area on the first floor is well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changchun! 👍

Facilities: It's an old hotel with outdated facilities. They even used grout to patch gaps in the elevator, which looked really bad. The toilet paper holder in the room was loose and wobbly.
Hygiene: The hygiene was maintained quite well.
Service: The welcome snacks and drinks included with the booking weren't delivered to the room. I had to call and ask for them two or three hours later, which was a minus.
Food: The Chinese food was disappointing. The daily soup was bland and watery – can you believe a 68-yuan soup only had one piece of pork rib? Just one, that's pretty wild. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, nothing bad.

but what make me feel my safety is not insecure
theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel.
And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey.
than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice
and the attitude of the worker there is good, sorry for not directly speaking to you guys about this. its my fault.
