8月25日我們一行四人到酒店，在前台辦理入住登記時，當班服務員熱情接待，耐心解答我們提出的各類問題，辦理入住效率高。當我們諮詢酒店附近飲食情況時，服務員介紹的詳細、耐心，表述準確。特別需要好評的是，當我們諮詢長春旅遊景點、請服務員對我們一天半的旅遊行程給予建議時，服務員不但在查詢後很快給予我們了回覆，而且還特別用心的將長春主要旅遊景點彙總到一張表格上打印出來給我們，彙總表中詳細説明長春市主要的旅遊景點、每個景點的開車/打車距離、開車/打車時間、去景點所需乘坐的公共交通以及公共交通時長、景點營業時間等，我們在感到驚喜、意外的同時，也被深深感動着。這位服務員真正是將服務做到了“滿意+驚喜”，我們要特別對她説聲“謝謝”，同時為她專業且用心、用情、有温度的服務點贊！

I rebooked the hotel in order to go to Liu Laogen to see the two of them. There was nothing wrong with the room. It was just a standard business hotel, suitable for one person to live in. The surrounding area was very convenient and the business atmosphere was very strong.

Hotel is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was a great size, very clean and lots of amenities available. Delivery service can be sent direct to your room with their little robot. Free parking around the back of the hotel too. When I come back to Changchun I would definitely stay here again!

這次出差體驗超棒！一進門，前台工作人員熱情又高效地辦理了入住，還貼心推薦了周邊美食。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，晚上睡得特別香。辦公桌椅高度合適，方便我處理工作。位置絕佳，出行便利。下次出差還選這兒！
