Everything okey good service

During the Chinese New Year holiday I came to see my mom and stayed at this hotel again. As usual, Ms. Zhu did a fantastic job. She made me feel warm in this cold weather. I will for sure choose this hotel again.

The location is very close to the guilinlu where you may enjoy delicious dongbei food, bars and restaurants are really affordable for parkers ,The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing Xia Yxin is a super nice welcoming stuff, breakfast 🥐 coffee ☕ croissant bread, milk, oatmel , very tasty , even though the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom wasn't great the overall standard I'll still stay there for next visit January 2022

Very satisfied! We didn't get a family room during the May Day holiday, so we booked a standard room on Ctrip. We were stuck in traffic on the highway all the way to Changchun, and we were exhausted. The hotel 🏨front desk upgraded us to a deluxe room. Thank you so much! The room was big enough, clean and hygienic. We stayed for two days, and it was cleaned in time every day. When checking in, the front desk lady Mei Nan came out from the backstage and reminded me with a sweet and warm smile, "Sir, I have upgraded you to an executive room for free." I felt extremely warm and respected. Walking into the corridor of the room, I saw many famous paintings of flowers and birds, which made me feel very elegant. Because the room has good privacy, I did not close the curtains before going to bed at night. When the sun rose at 6 o'clock in the morning, I woke up naturally and saw the sunlight falling in the hall, which touched me very much. It was my first time to Changchun. It was the team spirit of Guosheng Metroview that made everything go smoothly for me! Next time I come to Changchun, I will definitely go to Guosheng Metroview first and feel their team's service enthusiasm again, especially the shallow and sincere smile of Wang Mei Nan when she receives guests😊

The room was great. We booked a family room and got a free upgrade to a theme room. The service staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and the price was OK (33 per person for **group purchase). I will book this place again next time.

There were different staff members at check-in and check-out, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were provided, so I had a comfortable day. I had a good view of Namhu Park from the room. Next time I come to Changchun, I will stay here again.

I placed the order decisively and was not disappointed. The room is very spacious and bright, unlike some hotels where there is nowhere to step except the bed. When checking in, there was a service staff who brought us water.
