酒店环境和卫生很好，服务到位特别满意！Highly recommend staying at this hotel, the service and attitude from staff is immaculate and the general conditions and cleanliness of the hotel are preserved to high standards! The view from our room was also very nice. And the location is great if you want to explore the more lively areas of Changchun!

The hotel is conveniently located in Changchun city center, right by People's Square and next to Zhuozhan Luxury Shopping Mall, making the surrounding area quite bustling. It's a long-standing 5-star hotel, and I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Changchun. The front desk staff are exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to them for the complimentary room upgrade! Both the public areas and our room were quite clean and tidy. Breakfast quality control needs strengthening. While there was a wide variety of options, none felt particularly refined, and the taste of most dishes was quite average, though the stewed sauerkraut was delicious. The doorman service also requires improvement. Staff were observed chatting amongst themselves, and there was no proactive door-opening service upon arrival, nor any basic welcoming greetings.

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

The Atour Hotel boasts a great ambiance and excellent hygiene. Despite sharing a building with other hotels, it has its own dedicated elevators. My pre-booked city-view king room offered fantastic views and superb facilities, which I was very satisfied with. The congee served in the evening was also quite delicious. Upon check-in, the front desk mentioned my original room required a wait and offered an upgrade. I accepted, only to find the upgraded room was far inferior to what I had originally booked. After discussing the issue, they switched me back to my original room for the two nights. Additionally, the door lock needed a manual push to close properly. I noticed from other reviews that this seems to be a common issue, and I hope they can improve it. I'd definitely choose Atour again!

The room is too small. The elevator is very small. Relatively slow. It's easier to climb the stairs. I went to the bathroom at night and there were small bugs in the bathroom... I guess I should kill them when I have time... The button on the wall to adjust the air conditioner is not very easy to use.

Value for money. Big and spacious rooms. Comfortable beddings and showers. Located directly opposite, 200m away from Exit A of Ren Ming Guang Chang subway station. Although the furnishings are slightly depleted, the rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff are also responsive and quick to resolve our room's problem.

The second time I stayed at Jin'an, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff are definitely the first in Changchun hotels, and even the benchmark of the entire domestic hotel industry. From the parking lot manager to the security, to the front desk and cleaning staff and the restaurant staff, they are all warm and friendly. They are always responsive. The decoration style of the hotel is exactly the same as that of Shangri-La. The guest room was upgraded to about 40 square meters, with a bathtub, a refrigerator in the room, soft pillows and buckwheat pillows, etc. The lighting design is reasonable and online. The curtains of the two windows are very delicately designed, and the curtains by the bed are beige, so it is not dazzling when the sun shines in. The hygiene is absolutely impeccable, even the toilet paper is three or four layers of very soft paper. The bed is very comfortable, the bedding is also very comfortable, and I sleep very well. The bathrobe is one thin and one thick, the thin one is very breathable, and the thick one is very soft and comfortable. The breakfast cannot be compared with the five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, but it is also the first echelon in Changchun. It has everything it should have. The hotel's buffet dinner is absolutely worth it. Parking is free. The location is very good, quiet in the bustling city, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. The lobby environment is also very good, the sofas are comfortable, and coffee and tea are provided. I give the hotel and all the staff a five-star rating!!!

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The location is super convenient, very close to the mall, eating and shopping around are very complete, no need to run far. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sleep was super relieved for one night, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the washing was super worry-free. The front desk staff was warm, check-in and check-out were very fast, and they also took the initiative to recommend the surrounding routes, the details were full!
