酒店衞生狀況極佳，無論是客房還是公共區域，都保持着極高的清潔標準，前台小姐姐辦理入住很快，輕言細語的，服務態度很好，讓人住得安心、舒心。此外，酒店的服務也堪稱一流，員工熱情周到，細緻入微，讓人感受到了家的温暖。

來這邊出差，選了幾個酒店，還是選了這家，房間乾淨整潔舒適，衞生做的很好，早餐也豐富，樓上的客房服務員看我拿着房卡在找房間，立馬告訴我，帶我進房間，走的時候還叮囑我有什麼事隨時拔打前台電話，24小時為您服務，真的好暖心的，整體是中式的風格，很舒服和放鬆，衞生做的很乾凈，房間裏配備的用品也很齊全，尤其是洗護用品非常好用，酒店的服務很暖心，有什麼出行上的問題前台小姐姐都熱心，房間好乾凈的，都智能語音控制，需要添加什麼總能很及時的送過來，這裏性價比很高，不光是房間超值，這裏的有温度的熱情服務更超值！ 詢問附近位置都很熱心的告知，值得推薦！

第一次入住看評價説這家早餐很好吃特意選擇入住了這家酒店，果不其然沒有讓我失望，早餐品種多樣，辣的清淡炒的炸的都有，味道好食材新鮮，服務員又很熱情，幫我現磨咖啡，重點説的是這家酒店的米粉真的一絕！！！湯的拌的都不會踩雷，已經住這家酒店好幾次了，衹要來這邊出差衹選這家酒店，就為了他們的早餐！必須推薦！

近兩次去長沙都是住的這家酒店，離高速口開車大概3分鐘，最想誇的是，停車超級方便，車位很充足，而且全免費，從酒店開車去市中心大概是30分鐘，我在市中心也住了一晚，比這家貴了差不多200的酒店，還沒這家的房間大，裝修也沒有這家高檔大氣，前台小姐姐服務耐心又熱情，酒店送了水果，酒店環境都非常好，早餐也很豐富，個人是非常滿意的，後面一次去長沙，下了高速就直接帶朋友住了這一家廷泊，很滿意。

提前定的房，預約下午2點到。實際傍晚6點到，還告知無房需要等待打掃。房間打掃不到位地上還殘留水痕，桌子上黏糊糊的。更精彩的是早餐，八點出頭去，基本上沒食物了，簡單的雞蛋都沒有，沒咖啡 ，飲品就放了一紮豆漿。
