價格不貴，住宿環境衞生等比同價酒店的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦。酒店很出乎意料的好，酒店前台服務態度也是非常很好，告訴我們有什麼問題都可以隨時找前台樂於提供各種幫助，棒棒噠！停車很方便，也是免費的。下次還會來入住。

酒店位置很好找，出高鐵站就可以看到酒店招牌。本來我訂的這個房型是沒有接送的，打電話溝通前台小姐姐看我帶着小朋友不方便，所以就來接我們啦！服務超好。房間的環境也不錯，才開一年房間的東西都很新，下次會推薦朋友過來。

酒店離高鐵站很近，出行方便。房間衞生很乾凈，主要是前台的小姐姐很熱情，主動告訴我們長沙的特色小吃，推薦的都很不錯，太喜歡了。酒店後面的茶顏居然不需要排隊耶，這個讓我和朋友都很開心。住的很安心，下次推薦朋友住她們家。

1. 客服態度和房間還可以，打車去高鐵的費用也報銷了
2. 這個酒店硬件真是太差了！！！從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，門口靠近主幹道，車流聲吵到半夜2、3點還睡不着，早上6點全都是車。住這裏可以體會到睜眼到天亮的感覺。

房間還行，就是房間離電梯太遠，並且大堂沒有廁所，住過一晩，忘了拿襪子，行李放大堂寄存到下午都沒有人通知一聲

房間設施：整體環境很好，這邊位置很好找離高鐵站很近，交通便利的。前台小姐姐的服務很好。來長沙出差住了三天，每天出去玩客房服務員都把房間打掃的很乾凈，衣服疊的整齊，這個超讚！整個房間性價比很高。落地窗的太陽照進房間真的很愜意！之後在來肯定會首選這裏。

酒店空調效果真好，不是那種中央空調，自己房間調温度就特別好。這個天氣大家對温度的要求不一，這家酒店的空調就最合適不過了。還有免費洗衣房。這個對於外出的住客就很友好了很方便。地理位置也很好，環境不錯。周邊很多吃的，前面走一點就是吾悦廣場，裏面吃喝玩基本可以搞定。前台的服務態度好，總的來説很不錯。

酒店靠近會展中心，和同事一起過來開會入住了幾間房，前台貼心安排安靜的房間，這幾天天氣有點熱，前台主動贈送免費飲品，真不錯。早起退房還給我們安排了免費送高鐵站的車，會推薦同事們來住。
