八點半入住，開空調睡覺，十一點半凍醒，打了三個小時，還是19℃！打電話總枱，總枱送了個取暖器，一點用沒用，，第二天早上打到20℃，今天果然感冒！下次打死也不去了！

位置很好，在十字路口，西邊600米就是萬達廣場何地鐵站。前台辦理很專業，人也很漂亮！房間很大，衞生巾很寬敞，熱水很棒，房間整天情況良好，一整面落地窗視野很好。性價比很高。床墊是彈簧床墊，有一點偏硬，本人不是很適應。室內空調是中央➕壁畫，冬天升温較慢（也可能是房間比較大的緣故）。總得來説這個價格很值了

酒店房間很大，床睡的也舒服，主動幫升級了房型，尤其表揚前台小姐姐（應該是個管理層）讓每一位客人都體驗到賓至如歸的感覺，酒店能招到這樣的人才真的難得，希望下次出差來住還能看到這位小姐姐，極力推薦商旅人士入住體驗。

真糟糕的一次體驗，床太硬了，席夢思真的很不舒服！裝修很老了，好多設備都是湊合的！中央空調不能用，用的掛機，唯一的亮點是前台小妹妹服務很好，很客氣，白瞎了這麼好的前台了

酒店住的非常舒適，選酒店前我喜歡對比性價比，看到這個酒店設施我很喜歡，入住後也沒讓我失望，完全是星級酒店的裝修，房間裏面地板，床鋪桌面，櫃子非常乾淨，給人的第一印象就很好，下次來常州必選這家酒店，前台也是服務好的沒話説，非常好，推薦指數五顆星
