"I initially checked into a one-bedroom suite and found the room to be quite small. There wasn't a TV, so I had to contact the front desk to request a projector. Later, I found out I could upgrade to a villa by paying the difference, which I did. However, the room's cleanliness wasn't great; when they cleaned, hair and small snack crumbs were still left on the floor. Other than that, everything else was really good. It's perfect for relaxing, though the prices for everything within the hotel are a bit high. On a positive note, the private hot spring was incredibly comfortable!"

(2) The room design is not satisfactory. There is no door between the bathroom and the room, and the toilet is directly open, which is very inconvenient for multiple people to live in. (3) The door from the room to the small courtyard outside cannot be locked, which is a bit unsafe. (4) There are definitely some small insects in the mountains, especially mosquitoes near the water."
