What touched me the most were the thoughtful service details: during check-in, the front desk attendant proactively shared information about local transportation and dining options, and even kindly helped me with my luggage to my room. When checking out, because I was rushing to catch a train, she specifically helped me book a ride-sharing car – it was incredibly heartwarming!
