"What a fantastic guesthouse. We have stayed in many guest houses but this one beats them all. The house is beautifully decorated, lovely spacious bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds and everywhere scrupulously clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is delightful and always freshly cooked. We have already booked for next year, and we cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. Thank you. "Our second visit to Toppesfield to enjoy the wonderful home and hospitality of Karen & Paul. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 5 days in a property which is close to Bude and many popular beaches. We stayed in bedroom 1 which was a large bedroom with shower and it's own outside area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were lovely. Freshly prepared fruit salad was an excellent starter to be followed by either full English or Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Delicious. The breakfasts set us up for the day. Both Karen & Paul were able to offer hints and tips about where to go. It really was a lovely break and we shall return next time we are in the area - hopefully next year. Thank you, Karen & Paul"
