It is in a good location in Downtown. Starbuck is plus and their tickets to attraction points are great. We choose Mercer Labs.

I do love it here, was really beautiful and nice hotel, my room is Hudson River view as in the pictures, so beautiful room. The staff at the lobby was so nice, she let us check-in early so we got some rest before starting the trip. I do appreciate that :) also you will get a lot of benefits that they gonna give you but unfortunately i didn't use it at all but next time we would stay here again and will use some of them. The location is really good, they have their own restaurant and also Starbucks is aside from there, got it every day. Highly recommend! :)

I would like to compliment Ms. Mariam Ibrahim for her outstanding and courteous service during my check-in at the New York Marriott Downtown. From the very first moment, her warm and cheerful personality made me feel right at home. She kindly suggested an upgrade to the 38th floor with access to the Executive Lounge at a very reasonable charge—a memorable experience for my family, as we had never stayed so high before. The view from the room was truly breathtaking, and even from the lounge we could see the Statue of Liberty, which made our stay even more special. Ms. Mariam’s professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality. She is definitely well-suited as a frontliner, and her service made our stay an unforgettable one.

Good location, clean with decent view. Elevators can get busy so that’s one think you should keep in mind.

Good location, near metro stations which connects to major attractions. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers only available upon request.

The hotel is locatedi n lower Mannhattan and there are nice river view around hotel. Only 1 unhappy thing is that the hotel doesn't refund $100 as soon as I check out. I checked out 15 days ago and called 1 time and sent 2 emails (address from Trip.com)but there is no response. I will call again but the delay or no response are not good service at all!! Please change the refund system since I got refunded as soon as I checked out in previous hotel.

Great hotel to visit NYC. Right next to the World Trade Center, and pretty Close to China town for those of you who like Chinese food! Super convenient to get around on the subway.

It was really a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The whole staff makes you feel appreciated (they gift you vouchers), they assist you super friendly and help with all the questions you may have. Great hotel with, good location, next to no amenities. The room and bed were nice clean and cozy. Would stay there again.

Love the free hop on hop off bus tickets and usd15 voucher providedby the hotel. As for the usd15 voucher to be used in gift shop, not much stock left in the store.

Great hotel stay at a v decent rate for NYC. Location accessible to Charging Bull and WTC.
